- Once we receive confirmation that you have read and understand, we will begin to process your order. So please take some time to read the following ordering procedures. NO CONFIRMATION OF READ = REFUND OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
- All hair has to be shipped in, regardless if you're local or non-local ( For Custom units Only )
- MUST PROVIDE HEAD MEASUREMENTS - **Failure in providing accurate sizing is not our responsibility and there will be NO exchange or refund **
- Orders are processed in the order they are received(Processing time can be 8-15 business days)
- Order will be canceled if the hair is NOT received within the ONE WEEK time frame and your hair will be shipped back
- You MUST agree to ALL terms when purchasing a Ready to Ship Unit
- Payments are due in FULL
- Payments can be processed through PayPal , regular checkout or Sezzle. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to checkout. After selecting PayPalCheckout, select "Pay with Debit or Credit" to enter your card information
- Regular checkout processing time can take up to 3 business days ( Recommend Paypal for quicker processing time)
- Sezzle allows you to pay in 4 smaller payments. No interest
- SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS. If not, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.

- After orders are shipped, we are NOT responsible for your package after it is received by the carrier
- You have the option of STANDARD shipping(no signature required) or Signature confirmation(must sign for package)
